recordings back-to-back hangs on first?

Last night I had two sequential movies set to record.  "Dead Man Down" 4:30-7:00pm, and "The Call" 7:00-9:00pm.  The first recorded and finished, but Emby didn't think it finished.  Emby thinks it is still recording today.  AND, the second did not record, and even one scheduled to be recording right now is NOT recording - so I lost TWO recordings.

Now Emby thinks two movies are recording when there is nothing being recorded.

We did try to watch a TV program while the first movie was recording but Emby wouldn't stream, saying no tuner was available, though I have two available.
