Settings / Network / Max simultaneous video streams: Mine is set to Unlimited. Settings / Network / Internet streaming bitrate limit (Mbps): 200 Settings / Users / %User% / Max simultaneous video streams: Unlimited Settings / Users / %User% / Internet streaming bitrate limit (Mbps): 30 There is no other settings. I noticed I have a LOT of older Devices (mostly Edge and Chrome browsers) showing up under Devices so I deleted most of them older than 6 months and rebooted the server...again. Will have to check if it still pops up. Funny thing is I've never had those popups before and it happened even if there was only one user playing. Running version 4.7.11.0 I'm a lifetime premiere user Edited January 12 by JoLarsson
Solution GrimReaper 2150 Posted January 12 Solution Share Posted January 12 The only other thing that comes to mind is that you've reached maximum allowed Premiere devices (standard license carries 25 devices limit). What does your Status say in Settings>Emby Premiere tab?

What does your Status say in Settings>Emby Premiere tab? Status You have a Lifetime Emby Premiere plan and your device usage is well within your limit. I didn't check before I deleted all those obsolete devices though. Some were 3 years old. Edited January 12 by JoLarsson

JoLarsson 8
Just a follow up It was the device limit. When I removed the old devices the user popup disappeared. It would be nice if there was a message in the controlpanel that the device limit was reached. Just like the failed logins. Happy2Play 7623
Interesting as the Devices you see on your server does not have a direct reflection of your actual active Premiere devices.

Exactly, that's what I've always thought also.

As mentioned above, that is not affected by anything you do with devices in your dashboard and, also, you get a specific (different) message when that is hit as well as your Premiere page telling you that you are over the limit. JoLarsson 8
I also have a hard time seeing that the popup message my users got had anything to do with my device-limit. I first thought there was a new feature that I had missed where you could set like this user can watch 40 episodes per day or something. Soo, then I really don't know what fixed it...because after several reboots the problem was still there and I haven't touched anything related to network or users in months. But as soon as I cleaned up my devices (about two pages full) the problem disappeared instantly. Also, none of my users are using Emby Connect.
