User account switching doesn't work

Cannot switch user accounts from primary user account.  When attempting to switch the user account to another managed user, the roku app spins for up to 30 seconds, flashes the screen and reloads the primary users home screen.

 

Roku os 11.5 build 4312-88

Emby roku app version 4.0 build 71

Said users are active and the server if logs the attempt as a login based on user activity shown .  It also shows both users as having authenticated in the activity logs.

  • Exactly what time you sent the log
  • Exactly what you did and what happened during the time of the log

I sent the log again at 1451 EST...enabled debug, exited settings, went to home screen, scrolled to top amd clicked mu username and attempted to switch to 3 different user profiles....all.of which failed.

I have not received a log from a Roku today.  Did you get a message that it sent successfully?
