I can't connect to my emby server.
I've looked through the Emby help forums
but I couldn't connect to the server remotely
no matter what I tried. Can you please help me?
Note: I prepared this content using Google translate,
thank you for your understanding.
My original language is Turkish.

I looked at the mentioned pages. I've checked the redirects but I still can't remotely connect to my emby server.

can reach my emby server on all devices within the local network. But I can't reach my emby server over mobile network from my android phone.

this is how the port forwardings on my modem are. Do I need to do anything else manually

Don't know, is 192.168.1.36 your server machine? Is it static IP address or DHCP assigned? Did it maybe change? What does Emby dashboard say when you connect locally?

Don't know what were you turning on or off, just forward there TCP 8096 to whichever LAN address Dashboard is showing you.

Hi.  I cannot read those tabs but UPnP is probably not where you want to be.  There should be a tab for forwarding or "applications" maybe...?

I think it should be "Port Yolen-something" tab, as in first screenshot.

Edit: Google says Port Yonlendirme=Port Forwarding. 👍

Should it be something like in the picture?
I entered the values but I'm not sure about the correctness.

Don't understand quite a lot there, but your WAN IP fields should probably be either empty or all zeroes. And if you don't have https set-up, you need only port 8096 forwarded.

First you will want to ensure the host machine has a static or reserved IP address so it does not change on your LAN.  As your first image shows .36 then another shows .41.

But your images suggest Port Mapper issues and may need to disable.

Have you restarted Router and host machine?

What model is your ZTE router?  As I am not sure on the WAN port forwarding setting but looks at some model it would appear to be wrong.

Your port 8096 rule looks correct assume Emby is on that address, but 8020 is incorrect but will not matter unless you are setting up SSL but will be 8920 unless changed.

Another question would be is your Turkey ISP provider a CGNAT?

Can you post a server log after restarting Emby.

I don't know how to give a fixed ip to the server. Because I reset the modem before, it changed from 192.168.1.36 local ip to 192.168.1.41 ip. Now when I restarted the server and router, the new ip was 192.168.1.39.
Port mapper is not currently disabled. Do I need to uninstall the plugin?
I restarted the router and the host.
I don't know if Turkey isp provider is cgnat, but I attach myip.com and modem ip table.
I am attaching the emby server log.

I would test making WAN IP all zeros as your WAN address changes.

Hyperoptic support

Does Dashboard reflect the IP shown in the image above as it is different than before?

Look thru the manual for dhcp reservations also as Host machine IP can not change or manually assign a static IP to the machine.

Can you do a tracert

You could also be blocked by your ISP in something known as a cgNAT

Hello While checking the modem for remote access to the Emby server, I saw an ip address. If I want to access the emby server from this ip address, the login screen comes up, I enter the username and password, but this time it says the username or password is wrong. There is no problem with the local ip address. Emby server's ip address for remote connection http://xx.xxx.xxx.xx*:8096 The ip address I noticed on the modem is yyy.yy.yyy.yy* do i need to connect with this ip? or what should i do to be able to connect remotely.

No, unfortunately, I think I found out that I am in the CGN nat pool. I don't know how to connect via cgn nat.
