mktbl 0
Hi all, I get a Playback Error: "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details." This error happens when trying to play some h265 content using Intel iGPU to transcode to h264. From reading the forum it seems that only VAAPI is available at the moment. h264 transcode and some h265 transcode work correctly. I have attached the log of the error. Thank you for your help. ffmpeg-transcode-b5c90069-df46-46f5-8c2f-516a0bda7d94_1.txt

mktbl 0
I did some troubleshooting on this. The videos have this error only when the subtitles (PGSSUB) are turned on when starting the video. If they are turned off the video will start and they can be added after the video has started. This error doesn't happen with any NVIDIA transcoding option.
Luke 37009
@mktbl are you still having an issue with this? Have you updated to Emby Server 4.7.10?
