AHMED&ZEKA 0 Posted November 23, 2022 Share Posted November 23, 2022 سلام عليكم انا بصراحه تعبت من التعامل معاكم انا اشتريت حساب برميم مدى الحياه بى 99 دولار و يوم 10 مايو دفعت تانى 99 دولار علشان اكتر عدد المستخدمين و مفيش حاجه حصلت نفس المشكله و دفعت يوم 22 نوفمبر 11.99 دولار ابجريت 75 مستخدم و نفس المشكله المشكله عندى فى تلفزيون مباشر لما بدخل عليه بيجيب الرساله دى Your Emby Premiere device limit has been exceeded. Your 75 purchase was refunded because we thought that you had expected this to add 75 devices but it only takes you up to 75 devices. An amount of $211 was paid The server was removed and re-installed, and there are no devices. An error occurs in the number of devices The problem only occurs on live TV I want to know the problem, is there an error in the serial number? We know our software and our support. You only have one option since you remove the Emby server that to email billingsupport@emby.media for any payment issue and they will be glad to help.
