Hi, I am trying to figure out which setting is responsible for chapter images on a TV series, is it possible that they never got extracted? Or is this just the way that EMBY is? There are no actual images on  display along the bottom of my TV screen. How can I make the little grey boxes display real chapter scenes from the show?     https://officerat.store/
