Preserve subtitles when converting

So, I have emby configured to convert new content in order to help with streaming compatibility, but this has been causing problems with subtitles especially with foreign films and anime where there may be different subtitle tracks for different audio tracks (eg there may be a forced track for signs, a track that matches the english dub, and a track that's a direct translation) and when converting emby will burn in whatever the default subtitle track is into the video.

So my feature request is to have an option in the conversion settings to preserve all subtitle tracks instead of burning one in, potentially with an option to demux them from the file.

Subkiller plugin may help you out here 😉
