audio track order messed up - how can I fix it?

I've been trying to correct a problem where I had multiple albums in Emby for my multi-disc album.  I corrected the audio mismatched file metadata to merge the albums, but now the track order is wrong.  What is the best way to correct this?

The album used to look like this (which is proper and desired, to follow Bible book order):

After metadata correction:

I thought it might be this gem in file props (for a good track):

but adding that info into the errant tracks did not change anything.

I see in Emby metadata props this groovy info (for a good track):

but I'm afraid if I edit this for the errant files the data will get lost on a future scan then my tracks would be all messed up again.

What are my options?

I guess I was wrong.  I can add 'part of set' on the file and the track order is restored.  It just takes Emby a long time to update.  I have to scan the album twice and wait a minute.

Ensure the tracks are tagged properly with tagging program.
