photo won't load on synology DSM 7.1

Using Emby version 4.6.7.0.

- videos in a folder will load

- photo in folder will not load

- Emby user has been given permission

- rescan numerous times. not updating

What am I doing wrong? I'm currently testing this to see if it is worthwhile for the paid version. Is the reason because I need the pay reason.

yes. all files are date named some are bunch of numbers and maybe one letter. all files are .jpeg format

hi, attach are the last 2 logs. Sorry on my phone that link isn't as noticeable. Thanks so much for looking into this for me. If this can do photo a majority of my issues can be resolved.

@Lukeare you able to figure out the cause? any ideas. I'm sort of desperate for this to work. is it a paid version  issue?

@Karen0001 How many Emby libraries have you created, and what folder paths did you add to each one? Are you able to update to Emby Server 4.7.8?
