Unable to connect on Apple TV (all other external connections are ok)

Hello everyone,

I a few users who are having issues connecting with Apple TV via remote connection (tested via iOS and it works perfectly).

Manually enter in server address - Response: "We are unable to connect..."

We have tried reinstalling the app, and nothing works.

It's a HTTP, whitelisted IP, without custom SSL certs setup.

Any help is greatly appreciated, just weird everything else works perfectly, but only those with AppleTV can't seem to log on.

@morg1142 are you saying you're using the whitelist feature to restrict remote access? As a test, did you try temporarily removing that?
