Arrgh 4
Hi, I have a TV episode that is split into two parts. I tried naming it like you would a movie with two parts, but Emby doesn't seem to want to recognize the parts if its a TV episode. How am I supposed to name the two TV episode files so that Emby will recognize both of them and display them as two parts? Thanks!
Happy2Play 8140
Can you provide a specific example? But TV really does not have this.
Arrgh 4
Good point. I have a TV episode that the DVD split into two different video files. I will probably have to just combine the videos. Thank you.

Solution Happy2Play 8140 Posted September 25, 2022 Solution Share Posted September 25, 2022 10 minutes ago, Arrgh said: This is the episode I have that the DVD split: The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: The Egg-pire Strikes Back Its a special episode. TMDB does not have all specials and TVDB has it as S00E02 and S00E24. In cases like this you have to decide on a provider and organize accordingly. May have to disable library providers to site that has your order and then lock metadata. Otherwise you would have to potentially join the media. Or manually assign metadata and give it a Specials episode number higher than provider site has, the set Specials display during/before episode if needed. Arrgh 4
That makes sense. Thank you. I will probably just join the two video files and use the library provider I have been using.
