Kgrev 2
I am repeatedly getting errors in the Emby Log indicating access to Open Subtitles is a problem I can log in to the Open Subtitles website directly without problem, but using the same Username and Password (which I have checked and re-checked) keeps giving me errors. I use a Synology DS218play as my server running DSM 7.1-42261 Update 4 on which I run Emby version 4.7.6.0. I have the Open Subtitles plugin version 1.0.31.0 installed. I also have the Podnapisi subtitle plugin installed which works fine. If I try and manually download subtitles for a movie it will only look at Podnapisi. I have attached the log file and hopefully someone can point me in the direction of what i need to do to fix this. Thanks, Keith embyserver.txt
Luke 37029
Hi, looks like something is blocking your connection to open subtitles. Are you using a VPN? What country are you in? Several countries are blocking open subtitles now, unfortunately.

Solution Kgrev 2 Posted September 25, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted September 25, 2022 Ok Thanks I wasn't aware it had been blocked. Although using the browser (without a VPN) I can log in to the https://www.opensubtitles.org/ website? It must be the api call that is blocked. I will try some other subtitle options.
