dicion 2
EDIT: ISSUE RESOLVED. ANIDB WAS PROVIDING ALL EPISODES AS ONE SEASON, JUST WITH 500 EPISODES. CHANGED METADATA SOURCE TO TVDB AND ITS RESOLVED Leaving the below here for anyone else who has this problem for future searches. Please feel free to close topic mods. Using Emby recommended folder structure: E:\mediashare2\AnimeShows\Naruto Shippuden (2007)\Season 01\ Example of Filenames: Emby showing 'Homecoming' and 'The Akatsuki...' as the titles for both Season 1 and Season 2 episodes 1 & 2, but with different thumbnails: Metadata Manager showing it sees they're Season 1 and Season 2, but still assigning the wrong names: Things I have tried: Move entire Show Directory out of Library Delete Show from within Emby, verified it was deleted in list and in metadata manager Deleted *.nfo and *.jpg from show directory to delete any stored metadata/images. Restarted Emby Server Moved Folder back into Library and let it re-scan everything. No change. Still does the same thing every time. Also went into Metadata manager, manually changed some Episode names, and then did a refresh metadata with 'replace' chosen. It put the above back to the 'wrong' season 1 filenames. I can only assume somehow the old names got cached somewhere and I don't know where to delete them from? This is happening for all 21 seasons. I can confirm that the XML data it's pulling from AniDB is correct, here is the XML for Season 2 Episode 1: EDIT: ISSUE RESOLVED.
