Good afternoon everyone, I have an active subscription to emby premium but I can't access it away from home. The subscription is active until 2/10. I have already restarted the emby server and nothing.

Hi.  External access does not require Premiere but it does require proper network setup.  Have you ensured your router is configured properly?

yes it is configured correctly it was working it stopped from one moment to the next .  all users outside the home are no longer able to access .  I do not understand why.

Good morning, I've solved the situation, restart the router and it's working again, I don't understand why but it's already working outside the house, thanks for those tips.
