Rescan DTV challenels after broadcast frequency change

I am struggling to get my emby server to rescan the DTV tuner after a local station recently changed broadcast frequencies.  Can anyone help me with the process?

I need to get my emby to play the WLUK channel again.  Right now it will not tune that channel in.

I was able to get this channel back by re-scanning my channels in WinTV and then remapping them in Emby.  Thank you for you continued support!  I really enjoy using Emby.
