How to trigger Chapter creation?

I have it set to create chapters for any new files each night.  However, for some reason, there's certain files that it just never did.  Is there a way to trigger chapter creation for those files? 

If it helps, these files are all mp4s.  Is there a difference for chapter creation between mp4s and mkvs?

@Bigmack3000 Yes interval is only available with the advanced setting switch.

But you would have to go over an example that does not have Chapters created when the "Thumbnail image extraction" task is run.

There was never such an option. We've always automatically created chapters at five minute intervals when files don't have embedded chapters.

That's probably what I'm thinking of.  Either way, it's set up for that. And any mkv file has chapters created without issue.

Ok, what would I need to show that?  I can screenshot the episode page.  Run the task. and screenshot after that chapters were not created.  Would a log show if a file was ignored? I'll run the task now.

I haven't used Chapters in a while, but not sure if it is still relevant but do you have a "thumbnail-failures.txt" in your cache folder?

Because there's no chapters on the episode page. And no chapter options to skip to for that episode when it's played.

The issue was mostly with mp4 files.  I haven't added too many of those lately.  I think it's working for newer files, but anything that was already missing chapters, have not had any created still.

Try refreshing the metadata on a test item - if the bif images get created, then you'll need to do for the missing items.  Filter by MP4, select all and then refresh metadata that way.
