Remote Server not connecting

I have been problems connecting my remote server to any device outside of my home network. Yes I have Emby Premiere. It won't connect to my phone, work computer nothing. I keep getting a message saying it can't connect. Any help????

It works fine - I guess you need to work out why you can't see it.

It's on the same Emby server, so if that fails too, you've got a local problem preventing you reaching that server, I guess.

Can you connect to it internally?  If so, the issue is almost certainly due to port forwarding configuration error on your router.

Then it's your router configuration that isn't setup correctly.  You should post screenshots of how you are configuring it and what you are trying to connect to remotely if you want help.
