Não consigo remover a senha de usuários

Alguns usuários não estão com a opção de remover senha, para poder trocar a senha tem que digitar a antiga. Caso eles esqueçam não tem como trocar, só excluindo a conta e criando outra dai se perde o que foi assistido.

Some users do not have the option to remove password, in order to change the password, you have to enter the old one. If they forget, there's no way to change it, just deleting the account and creating another one will lose what was watched.

Hi @Maxxin are they able to use the forgot password function on the login screen?

can't, when put the login it asks to contact the administrator. In the admin panel the remove password button is gone from some accounts. would have to delete and redo, but lose everything that was watched...

Users can't remove a password but can change it if you gave them that option (configurable).  Only those users on the system with admin privs are able to remove the password.  So if the user can't remember their old password, you as an admin can remove the present password and then assign a new password.  Ideally you give them a new password you create and instruct them to login and change it.

PS maybe consider telling them to check out Bitwarden or similar password management system so they never forget a password again.
