Emby stopped working on one device

Hi, I've been using Emby with a Synology Nas for a few months and it's been working flawlessly.

About a week ago it stopped connecting to our main TV in the house (unable to connect to server message) but still works everywhere else.

I've tried logging in via Emby connect but that doesn't work either.

I've not changed anything although I seem to remember there was an update recently so maybe that could have caused the issue?

I'm not the most technical of people so any advice would be really appreciated.

Yes it still works in outdoor office TV, PC, Phone and tablet. Just the main TV that's not connecting for some reason.

I've rebooted router, reinstalled the app on the tv but not sure what else to do at this point.

Hi, what if you do a manual connection in the Emby LG app by clicking the button to add a new server from the server selection screen?

Tried to do that daily.

Appreciate the tips but it's just not working and, aside from updating Emby recently, nothing has changed.

@Pad070 what address did you enter exactly? Are you sure it was correct?

Update on this. I gave up and then tried Emby on the TV again in December and... it worked and has worked ever since.

Switched on this morning and... it's not working again. Same issue.

So, so tired of this. I just want to relax on a day off and watch a few films, not waste hours trying this that and the other.

Please sort out whatever the issue is with LG TVs.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried Emby connect, connect to new server.. It just doesn't work.

It's working fine on all other devices.

Hi @Pad070are you still having an issue with this? Have you been able to connect?
