Hi, yes, I can login on all apps I tried on iOS, android, web, everything worked well, only on Apple TV 4K I’m getting this error. I installed emby on Mac Pro on the same network and Ip from main server and tried again login on Apple TV at home and WORK! I don’t know how to find this error, on main server don’t show any error to try login. thank you for answer

I dont know what to do, I deleted all my server and setup again and the error keep. I guess that can be a cloudron error because i can login on server on the same network run under mac, only on cloudron show this user or password error. Moreje 14
In the emby app for apple tv , when specifying server address, it is not possible to specify whether you use http or https. My server is behind reverse proxy xxx.zzzzz.org, with https support But I can't login... Credentials are rejected

Did you try it at the beginning of the address?
Zagueras 0
yes, if I put it at the beginning of the address, I get something like that: http://https://xxx.zzzzzz.org

Moreje 14
if I don't put the prefix: I can reach the server on port 443, but my login credentials are rejected My network configuration is the same as illustrated. And this occurs only with ATV, access from browsers, emby for LG, emby for windows are doing well... I can't test anymore for the moment, this ATV is in a secondary house....I'll be back to you when I'll go there again thanks for your help

Moreje 14
Hi Luke & all! I'm back to my house with ATV! still having this login issue I can reach my remote server (behind a reverse proxy: http:myserverdns:80 ) I can see my users but the password is rejected login from the same IP but through web browser or Android TV is OK. only Apple TV fails login into my local emby server is fine embyserver.txt Edited February 17, 2023 by Moreje

Moreje 14
Sorry Luke, I can't test on the ATV where I ve experienced this behavior (I think it was an old ATV). but my last tests on a new Apple TV 4K were OK on this side: the server address was OK. but the credentials rejected issue remained...
