About playing now, "Container not supported" - ES 4750

Hi,
I've noticed on the dashboard that some customers are showing this "Container not supported" message. The one in the image is a reproduction of a live TV channel.
I did not receive a problem alert from the customer.
Is this normal or do I need to do something to fix it?

Hi.  That is normal.  Many apps/platforms don't directly support TS as a container (with full functionality like seeking) so we remux it to provide that.

"The media bitrate exceeds the limit."
"Direct playback error"

It could happen occasionally with some files. We'd have to look at a specific example in order to provide a more detailed answer.
