FFMPEG for Emby Server 4.7.x cannot render subtitles properly

As shown in the video, the VOB/SUB subtitles flash quickly. Since Emby server version 4.7.x, FFMPEG cannot render graphics subtitles properly. Subtitles can still be rendered normally if replaced with FFMPEG from 4.6.x, until 4.7.6 this method no longer works.

Everything works fine with Emby Server 4.6.7. Can FFMPEG for 4.7.x be fixed?

Actually version 4.7.6 has the same problem.
