Playback problems on Android TV (Hisense 75U9DG)

I'm looking for some advice on how to troubleshoot a problem, or if there is even anything to do.  I just bought a new TV, Hisense 75U9DG with Android TV but am having issues getting the Live Channels to work.  They playback just fine on my old LG tv and via the web, and also will play on my new TV via other apps.  But when I try to watch them on my new TV via Emby it will only load a single frame from the video.  If I press skip forward it will load a new frame.  But no matter what I do I can't get it to actually play the video.  I've tried every combination of settings in the App settings on the TV.  Server version is 4.7.5 and everything else should also be the most current versions.  Where do I go from here?

Hi, as a test, can you try sideloading our standard android app on the same device and let us know how that compares?

It got me similar results where it loads a frame of the video, but with the standard android app it doesn't let me skip forward to a different frame.

@link97381 can you try downloading the standard app again? I think it will be resolved in the latest update to it. Thanks !
