No chapters after enabling 'intro detection'

Hi,

After enabling intro detection in version 4.7.3.0 any new content added to this library after this seems to have no 'regular' chapters, instead it only has two items 'Intro' and 'Intro End'.

I have attempted to disable this feature in the hopes that chapters would start to appear but this seems to have not changed anything for existing content.

Is there anything I can do to get chapters to appear again?

Hi, here is my log. Thank you. No matter what I do I cannot seem to get chapters to display for any new content.

ok, it looks like I can get chapter images to now appear by 'refreshing metadata' on each episoed individually I guess my question now is why chapters are not added intially
