Apologies for the disruption. New builds of 4.7.3 are on the way up and should be finished uploading within the next hour.

Additionally we're going to tag a 4.7.4 after that just to ensure that everyone gets notified that there is an update/resolution available.

I was afraid of losing the data and installed beta 4.8.0.2 on DSM 6, can I go back to version 4.7.4.0 normally or do I have to uninstall it and then put the stable version?

When I tried to go back to version 4.7.2.0, I got the message that I couldn't downgrade, I didn't know about the uninstall option...

You can try, but it might make you uninstall first, which doesn't clear the program data folder.

I would just try installing over the top.

Ahoj

Na DS216Play s DSM 7.1-42661 aktualizace 2 Emby 4.7.5 nefunguje

I have the same..I had to stay version 4.7.2.0 ... Looks like the DS216Play probably has a problem due to older production or I don't know.....

Does the latest beta start? Will fix the stable release, but I'd like to know if there's a deeper issue.

Also do you guys have some log about the error? Can someone try to run emby manually via SSH?

sudo -u emby /var/packages/EmbyServer/target/bin/emby-server

Off the top of my head, the above line should do just that.
