Video is Buffering

Hi Emby,

I am the Internet Provider of a Hotel that uses the Emby app, the account used for testing is named christian.

The test account (and other internet users in the Hotel) is experiencing extreme Video Buffering:

You can see on Timestamps 00:35 - 00:57, the Public-IPs that the EMBY app is accessing while Bufferinghttps://ixsforallph-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/g/personal/leoben_ixs_ph/ERxZaTmA1l1DqA5Q45nOXvIBWU6_S0735BsGN8Frotf6bQ?e=qutx8B

I have attached here the Home, and Version (settings) screen.

Kindly assist us in fixing this issue, because all the Hotel Clients are affected by this issue. The Public IP of the Hotel is 103.25.177.136/29.

Hi.  Are all the clients running on an internal network or accessing the server over the internet?  What is the speed of that network?  How are the devices  connected to it (wired or wireless)?

Have you tried lowering the quality setting in the app?

Are the videos direct playing or being transcoded?  Like ebr was asking, what kind of bandwidth does the hotel network have?  (Hotels are not known for having the best guest networks.)
