Comskip and Removing Adverts from TV Recordings (Solved I think)

Hi all, 

From what I could find, not many people had successfully cut adverts out of tv recordings and then transcoded automatically after a recording had finished on a Synology box.

From my experience I found the permissions error that most was facing was due to ffmpeg, not being able to write to the show directory and despite all permissions being correct, this wouldn't work unless you ran it through ssh as root.

So after a lot of trial and error I've managed to get this working and wanted to share it with the community, for those that might want it.

I've created a git repo with what I have managed to get working, with an extensive read me, commit script and a comskip.ini which I found somewhere but thats for UK Freeview
