ellisd4 54
I am in the process of converting some of my MKV files to play properly on Apple TV. I tried out the conversion tool and it works great and the quality is great, but the subtitles embedded in the MKV file are lost during conversion. Is there a way to keep those? Application version: 4.7.1.0 MacOS Not sure which log to provide.
Luke 37050
HI there, can you please provide an example? thanks.
ellisd4 54
Sure thing. Attached are the two NFO files. The MKV is a BluRay rip. I also noticed the 7.1 track is missing from audio, but that's ok. I've also attached a screenshot of the conversion settings. Noticed there is no option there for subtitles. Thanks! Luke 37050
What format are the subtitles?

Luke 37050
@ellisdustin this goes by the emby user subtitle options of the user creating the conversion, so you'll want to check their subtitle language preferences. In a future update we'll add subtitle options directly into the conversion dialog which will allow for more control. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
