I will guess a new log does not show locked like this one?

You shouldn't have to do any of the other steps in that KB when we are only talking about a Locked database.

But with a closed database you should be able to use a db view and run that command.

I'm pretty sure I shut down BD Browser first, then started Emby server - but just in case I didn't, I just now sht down Emby server, DB Browser was not running, and then restarted the server. See the newest log (attached)

This log looks good.

Now all I can suggest is what I mentioned earlier of removing the show, scanning, then readding the show and provide log afterwards if it does not show.

Okee dokee - will do those steps and get back here with the result.
Am scanning library files at the moment, before shutting down removing the show, restarting emby and then re-adding the show.
