Refresh rate matching no longer work on Nvidia shield pro 2019

I have got

 

Sony XH95 Tv

Nvidia Shield Pro 2019

Sony soundbar s5000

 

I have everything properly connected. Into the Soundbar and into the earc HDMI port. 

 

I had issues with my subwoofer so i had to send back the whole soundbar together with the sub. The sub was replaced and the soundar is the same as it had no fault, all my settings are still there. 

 

Now.. when i start playing a video the tv gets no signal. It says "no input detected".. if i disable the refresh rate switching it works again. But my setup supports it i have no idea whats the issue. Also.. If i have it enabled, and start playing and get no signal. Restarting the soundbar makes it work again. Untill it has to refreshrate switch next time. Reseating the HDMi cable has no effect. Only disabling or restarting the soundbar each time works.

 

Any ideas? Thanks!

Sorry guys.. Been at it for days.. Worlds most obvious mistake, have i tried factory resetting the soundbar? 

 

not until now
