Remove Episode Name from Path when Downloading?

I have setup a few TV Shows to use Folder Sync to move files into a Google Drive folder (mounted through Rclone).

This works perfectly, however I have one small issue. Once files are converted and the transfer to the folder they take a structure of:

TV/<Show>/<Season>/<Episode Name>/File.ext

 

Is it possible to remove the <Episode Name> part as it means I need to know exactly what the name of my episode was to know where I am in the series?
