I'll wait for the same to happen, I uninstalled and re-installed the app in both boxes, for now they work fine.

Then add the following information to your report in the forum:

 

• Exactly what you were doing and what happened.  Include the name of whatever you played if it is a playback problem
• The time you sent the log (in Eastern Time please - UTC -5)
• The name of the Emby user on the local server that was logged in at the time

Also, please provide the server log that goes with the app log.

I think I found your log, however.  Try turning off IPv6 on your server.  I don't think the image library we use in the app supports it.

I think it's all resolved, it seems that the problem was really from IPv6. But only the Android tv and fire tv app was affected.

I had the same problem on fire TV. Ipv6 was already disabled. I uninstalled and installed the app, and this solved my issue for now.
