By the time you tried connecting I probably had already restored to 4.7.1.0 with the custom bits Luke provided earlier. If you think it's of value I could try to coordinate a time to test with it in the upgraded state but I can't imagine you are going to have any different results than I am. It did not solve the issue so I ended up upgrading my system to Win10 this week.
