Orsay Does not open mkv in smart TV client

I have Emby on Samsung TV model UN48J5200, when playing the movies in mkv and mp4 format, it closes the app and starts again and freezes.

That is the orsay based app which is not really supported on your model.

You should be using the tizen version on this model.  Your best option is to try the USB install version

The J5200 and all the rest of the entry level TVs that year were released as Orsay.  Though somewhere I read that some of those may have gotten a firmware update or evolution kit to run Tizen apps.

I'm pretty sure it should run Tizen now as well, but I could very well be wrong.
