I need help getting the "backdrops as screen saver" feature working

I need help getting the "backdrops as screen saver" feature working on my 2018 4K Fire TV. I am the admin and have premium. The saver starts up after 5 minutes on my desktop browser. On my Fire TV, the built-in native Amazon screen saver kicks in before Emby can. I just turned up the requirement for the Amazon screen saver from 5 minutes to 15 thinking maybe the native fire TV screen saver was somehow overriding Emby's...? Haven't noticed a difference yet. Just not sure why it's not kicking on after 5 minutes like it does on my desktop browser.

I've triple checked the settings on the Emby app and the admin settings. Maybe I am blind, where I should I be looking exactly? What are the steps I can take to troubleshoot this? Thanks.
