hjason7812 23
Hello I just put a new 4 k movie on my server and did the scan and it always worked before but this time it isn't showing up on emby. I restarted emby server and truenas server then I redid the library scan and still nothing. Anyone have this issue before and fixed it please let me know? thank you
seanbuff 837
Hard to tell what happened without a log. Do you allow Emby to save .nfo files with your media? It's possible it has been recognized as something else. Can you check the movies folder on the filesystem for the contents of the nfo if present.

And if you write nfo files this would be the easiest place to check otherwise we would need the server log and the name of the media added. Happy2Play 8138
No scans or realtime monitoring seen in the log. But I would question this cache location. 2022-04-27 00:00:00.088 Info App: Cache path: /media/Movies/Subs/cache

Luke 36876
Did you set the server cache folder location to something that is part of your media library?
