Hi guys,

The issue is Emby can't scrap any info from TheMovieDB.
Works fine for TV Shows.

Hi, yes all outgoing communications seem to be failing. Typical causes of this are firewall, security software or VPN. Can you look into these?

Hi Guys, thank you for your help :)

@Happy2Play : that's all my networks typologies : gateway on 192.168.0.254 and main server on 192.168.0.1 (here, Synology).

I use the 1.1.1.1 DNS.

@Luke : I turned off the Firewall and don't use VPN. All other services (download, docker, sync, etc.) work well on Syno.
Fanart is reachable by Emby.

😕

You could also try turning off ipv6 in your router as we've seen some users report that making a difference.

Ho man ! Amazing !

ipv6 DHCP was turned off on gateway but Synology still get an ipv6 IP.
So I turned ipv6 on Synology (instead of "Auto") and now it works perfectly !

Thank you :)
