Kenacious_D 10 Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I've had this problem before and it seemed to fix it's self. Happening again. I hit the green button on my windows remote, up pops media center. I click the MB3 icon and it goes to the welcome back screen. I get six loading dots showing the loading process and it freezes. I am using MB Server with MB Classic via Media center on Windows 7 ultimate. The server log file for this time frame is HUGE and even after I shut down media cent the log file keeps going. http://www.kdband.net/temp/mb-error/server-63547182754.txt BE WARNED that's a 27 MB log file. I've been using MB for several years, MB3 for several months. Your help is very appreciated. Thanks, Kenacious D
ebr 15440 Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 That's a server log. I'd need to see the MBC one. Do you have the TuneIn channel installed? 1
Kenacious_D 10 Posted October 5, 2014 Author Posted October 5, 2014 ebr, sorry it's taken so long to reply. On Friday night I saw your post and the fact that you asked about the tunein plugin. I had installed that recently. I went into the server config and un-installed it and then everything returned to normal. Thank you for your help. Ken
ebr 15440 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 Okay, can you now please try updating MBC to the new beta version and re-install Tune-in and let me know if it still occurs?
Boredcat 34 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 same problem here. Removing the TuneIn plugin solved the issue. Will update to the new Beta and reinstall TuneIn. Will have to do this later the evening or tomorrow, now the kids are using MBC (they love it
Boredcat 34 Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Just update MBC and installed Tune-In. MBC is very slow loading, but it loads. So look its solved. Will not remove Tune-in to speed up the loading of MBC.
ebr 15440 Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Can I please see a log? I don't know what it is that makes this happen. I have Tune-in installed and it doesn't slow down MBC at all for me.
