Terrible Video Quality from m3u8

Trying to watch a live stream and the video is pretty much unwatchable in Emby due to resolution. In TiviMate it is fine. Seems to be due to multiple resolutions being available in the m3u8 file, Emby picks the first one which is horrible, whereas Tivimate picks the best one. I attached Emby's render versus Tivimates.  You can see by the specs displayed Emby selected a low resolution. The m3u8 has these available:

From the image attached you can see Emby picked the first one.  Is there a way to configure Emby pick a different one, or the highest one even instead of the first?

Why only two choices?  I am watching Arcade Fire from Coachella in 1080p right now.
