Problem Emby Premiere

Good afternoon,
I recently had a problem with EMBY PREMIERE, I have a license for 25 devices, the problem happens when I try to watch TV I get the following message:
"Your Emby Premiere device limit has been exceeded. Please check with the owner of your Emby Server and have them contact Emby support at support@emby.media if necessary."

and only 6 devices are connected, of which 4 are watching TV and the other two are watching movies, the problem only lies when they try to watch TV but when they put a normal movie there is no problem, it plays normal.

I hope you can help me I would really appreciate it

Hi, sorry to hear about this. We need to update that message but we actually have a specific email now for Emby Premiere support.

Can you please email info about this to billingsupport@emby.media?

They'll be able to look more closely at why you're hitting the limit. Thanks !
