What I did is resetting my router (it doesn't have qos settings), which at the moment seems to have solved the problem, will have to see if the problem resurfaces. I haven't checked what @visproductionsaid about .NET as I haven't updated those drivers recently, and also haven't changed any hardware profiles. For once - you don't have Emby Premiere, so you can't use HW acceleration anyway Secondly, graphics drivers have nothing to do with theĀ .NET Core runtime. Third: Emby is based on .NET, but the .NET runtime version is fixed and cannot be changed by installing a different runtime.
