can not setup emby guide data

Having the same problem. Tried the same approach as above by selecting the first three of a zip code 926  for USA California and it keeps replying try again.

Hi, Since no one else is reporting issues of this nature it not likely a provider issue which would likely mean it's environmental or local to your server/lan setup.

Can you post your server log file for us to get a look at?

Hi, as ebr mentioned we can't do much without having some additional information like the server log file to look at.

Hi.  Did you attempt to setup a tuner during that timeframe?  I cannot find anything in the log that looks like that is the case.

@terry@tadbs.com it appears you configured a custom cache folder for the server that is no longer valid:

	System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'T:\Emby\Cache\cache\httpclient'.

Try blanking out this option in Emby Server settings to reset it to the default value. Then try setting up guide data again and let us know if that helps. Thanks.
