Trailers Not downloading

Hi all I have around 250+ movies in our collection we have the trailer plugin v1.0.5364.36078 but for some reason we have no trailers downloading ?? I have had the trailer app for over 3months

 

Is there something I have to do to get this working ?

 

I am using the crystal skin v1.0.12.0

 

any help would be greatly appreciated..........

What do you mean by downloaded?  That plug-in is a channel that shows you trailers for current releases.  It doesn't have anything to do with your library.  It won't download anything unless you configure that in the Channel downloading settings.

 

There is also a "Local Trailers" plug-in that will look for trailers for the movies in your collection, but that is not the one you have installed.

Hi all, I have installed the Trailers plugin v1.0.5364.36078.

When I enter the Tralier channel in the MBT, I see the trailers poster but, when I try to play anyone of them, I get this error message: "There was an error processing the request".

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Did you try to run the plugin at the task to download trailers?

Under Scheduled Task I can't find the item "Trailers".

Any idea about the reason?

I think because you did not install it yet, you can find it:

 

Plugin - Catalog:

 

 

 

After the install done, restart the mb3 server, then you will find it at the task.

 

Please notice, this plugin for your local titles trailers.

 

The one you installed already it called "channel trailer" and that normal trailer from Apple or something for the upcoming new titles, to download in advanced these trailers, do this:

Enabling the channel content downloading for Trailers, I've solved the problem and now I can see the trailers again.
