Fast forwarding not working on direct play but works on direct stream

Hi, I have a problem with Fast forwarding or skip to specific time is not working on direct play but works on direct stream remotely.

But there is no problem when I access it on local network.

Any idea on why this would be happening?

This is my server details:

Emby Version:4.6.7.0 (installed on Synology)

I set up the cloud flare tunnel to my Nginx reverse proxy route to the emby media server.

I've tried emby app on my ipad, fast forwarding is working but skip to the specific time or select chapter is not working.

please help, this is very big issue for me. The resume function is not wokring as well.
