Kopernikus 2
Hi, I swichted from Plex to Emby and wow much better However one thing I'm missing for my family members, I had their user accounts with profile pictures, this is also possible with Emby. But the problem is that you get an password field instead of a true pincode input. Something like this: Â Â Would this be possible?
ebr 14910
Hi. Our passwords are not PIN codes. You can setup your users so that they don't require a password on the local network.
Kopernikus 2
Hi, Yes, I understand for external access we use paswords, but for local access pincode is more practical. For example for the local network I use pincode so my kids can't see adult titles and each user has it's own last played info. Â
Luke 37050
You can also configure a local network pin code for each user.
Kopernikus 2
Yes, that's what I did. ebr 14910
Hi. An OSK would still be required for entering the PIN though because most remotes do not have number keys these days. Also, there is no restriction on the number of digits for the PIN.
