Hallo

Na de proefperiode van emby wou ik de app unlock installeren. De aankoop is gelukt en op mijn gsm gaat het goed, maar op android tv van mijn mi box geef hij telkens aan "unlock is not purchased" als ik herstel ontgrendelen doe. Bij het klikken op ontgrendel app krijg ik je hebt dit item al aangekocht. Error purchase. Er loopt dus iets mis. Ik heb het wel degelijk maar werkt niet op de mi box android tv. Iemand nog dit probleem? En wat is de oplossing?

These apps have the option to send an app log to us electronically.  You enter the settings page and turn on the "Debug Options".  Now there will be a new tile on your home page settings row (or menu option on the user menu at the top) labelled "Send Log".  Reproduce your problem and then use this button to send the log.  Then add the following information to your report in the forum:
 
  • Exactly what you were doing and what happened.  Include the name of whatever you played if it is a playback problem
  • The time you sent the log (in Eastern Time please - UTC -5)
  • The name of the Emby user on the local server that was logged in at the time

Hi.  The unlock for mobile and TV are different because they are different apps right now.  So, you would need to purchase the unlock for the TV app as well - or purchase Premiere which would include both.
