Problème de connexion serveur

Hi, I have the same problem with a Samsung TV.

My configuration is an Emby server on my server with a reverse proxy (nginx). My box forward connections from 443 port to my server. I using certbot (letsencrypte) for SSL/TLS certificat and I secure all request with the client public IP.
My configuration works good (mobile, browser) but not with à TV app (on Samsung).
My server log provide any informations when I try to connect my TV (not in my local network).

A other information, my configuration was working fine until August and I see some post saying that TV apps not allowing letsencrypte certificat since an update. But I have test my SSL connection on ssllabs and get a rating of "A".

Someone can help me?

What model do you have?

I would expect that this is the problem as others have experienced the same issue.

Many people have found that moving from LetsEncrypt to ZeroSSL has resolved the problem as it is supported on the TV
