Hello a question I have a dedicated server

yesterday everything worked very quickly and today very slowly until emby builds pictures. and because the film opens, it can take up to 15-20 sec. early 1-2 sec
I don't know what that could be

My_ Server is

Intel® Core™ i9-9900K Octa-Core Coffee Lake

128 GB DDR4 RAM

2 x 1 TB NVMe SSD (Software-RAID 1)

1 Gbit/s bandwidth

There are UI options in 4.7, but 4.6 has to manually edit option.  But you can try adjusting your database cache size.

from Beta 4.7.0.x+

If on 4.6.4.0 these are found in your system.xml

  <DatabaseCacheSizeMB>256</DatabaseCacheSizeMB>
  <EnableSqLiteMmio>true</EnableSqLiteMmio>

Performance Improvements for Large Databases  post is a little dated as there have been slight changes.

But yes a server log will provide more information.

I have now also seen the whole emby has become slow.
but my iptv transmitters don't work at emby either.
the transmitters work with vlc but not with emby how could i bring the emby back to the same condition as it was before is it due to the database or ffmpeg or do i have to delete something but i can't find anything.

no channel works earlier everything was fine all since yesterday where could it be

Allow live TV access: Active

Allow live TV recording scheduling: Active

I restarted the server brings nothing
I deleted the log log does not help either

maybe seeing the log will help!!!!!!!!

You have debug logging enabled as well as live tv transcoding occurring in this log. That's going to have an impact. What time did the problem occur?

OK but this log only runs until 8:40. Are you sure this is the right one?

  1. hello I managed it runs clean again
  2. and very quickly.
  3. I have enlarged my database from 96MB to 256MB.
  4. for this I connected with ftp and the system.xml processes the database size
  5. server restarted and done.
  6. when many wonder where? and how ?
  7. here is the directory
  8. if the server is very slow or the picture cover builds up slowly this help

/var/lib/emby/config   =   and it works perfectly

thank you for your time 🙂
