Downloaded playlist is not available outside of server network

I have created some playlists of music and downloaded them to my android phone for when I am not at home.  When outside of the server"s network the music is there, but the playlist is not accessible.  What am I doing wrong here?

Hi, if you download a playlist, currently the items in the playlist will get downloaded, but not the playlist itself. We plan to improve this in future updates and fully support playlist download. Thanks.
